If you haven’t yet heard about Twitter than you may want to go and pinch yourself or something to make sure that you’re indeed in the very same reality the rest of us are in. Because in reality it seems that, no matter where you turn, Twitter is everywhere. 
People are talking about Twitter everywhere, people are tweeting everywhere, TV channels are reposting tweets about people tweeting on Twitter everywhere — it’s IN-sane! Simply put: Twitter is frigging EVERYWHERE!
Despite nearly everyone being aware of its existance though and the fact that just as many people think it as simple as just tweeting something and reading other’s tweets — as with many other things, these people are missing out on some seriously important alternate features.
For the most part, it has surprised me to no end to realize that there’s just so many people out there who use Twitter yet are also still completely unaware of things like tags and things like auto-following and such.
For most people who are just starting out with their Twitter accounts, they are just so excited to discover that people are following them that they don’t realize that these people have some type of tool in place to automatically follow other Twitterers who meet certain conditions or criteria.
Also, even if you don’t have many followers, if you tag your tweets with things that it has to do with — say if you tweet something about the new Wolverine movie, putting a #Wolverine tag at the end would ensure that anyone following the #Wolverine tag page would see your tweet.
Opens up a whole new world of Twitter possibilities doesn’t it?
I’ve already talked a bit about Twitter Snipe and how it is of the utmost quality, but I feel that I need to mention it again — especially for people who are just starting out using Twitter. Never MIND if you are trying to use Twitter from the internet marketing/affiliate marketing standpoint.
As the title stated, I wanted to cover the basics of Twitter from an Internet Marketing standpoint so that’s just what I’ll do. You know about tags, now all you really need to do is get a hole of a copy of Twitter Snipe and off you’ll go in the direction of profitablity on Twitter Avenue.
