It is literally 4 clicks and 10 seconds, maybe less. As for WordPress customization and ease of use, it's highly recommended for beginners who don't understand computer languages. Although, if you've done anything with xhtml, php, javascript and css, there are some things you can do that WP blocks. Also, if your site relies heavily on organic search engine traffic, WP is the way to go. Google's spiders are so used to crawling webpages using WP's structure, it is given a higher ranking than sites without wordpress. Installing WP using Fantastico is a breeze.
